One of the best things about the Marine Corps was the Camaraderie that developed between fellow marines. After being discharged I found those same qualities when I became a Boston Firefighter. When a fellow firefighter needs help whether it be at work or at home the other members never hesitate to lend a hand. After seeing so many guys I’ve worked with get sick due to occupational cancers I want to do everything I can to help raise awareness and money to assist them during such a difficult time It’s because of this I feel privileged to be running the 127th Boston Marathon on behalf the Boston Local 718 Firefighter & Family Cancer Foundation.
